Keeps skin smooth but does not remove dark spots
I’m giving it 5 star since I love all the natural and clean ingredients. Also, this serum does not irritate my sensitive skin at all. However, don’t expect miracles with this serum removing dark spots. It just doesn’t work at all. I have lots of hyperpigmentation, sun spot and melasma from pregnancy and this serum does not remove any spots at all. It only makes your skin more smooth since it gently exfoliates the skin.
I switched out my Paula’s Choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant for this product after needing a fungal acne (pityrosporum folliculitis) safe routine, and this product is lovely! It is slightly floral scented (but the smell dissipates quickly after applied), and hasn’t noticeably dried out my skin at all after consistent use. It is a very thin formula as well, which is great, because a little goes a long way!
I just started my 3rd bottle. I really like it. It is a bit sticky on my hands but not on my face. If I forget my moisturizer it is still fine. It does not interfere with my foundation at all. Love it!
You definitely wake up looking more glowy! I've been using it for about a week now and haven't seen crazy results but I do think it helps with looking more healthy and bright. It is a more watery serum so a little bit goes a very long way.
